The trainer in Davao will be sharing his knowledge in Mixed Martial Arts to practitioners who are interested and those who have the right and proper attitude towards the discipline.
This Organization is formed for the purpose of introducing MMA or sharing the Winning Edge MMA Practices and discipline of Des PLaines,IL to interested practitioners in Davao City. All members and practitioners are accepted in the organization by merits, right attitude and a discipline of a true warrior.
The MMA Practitioners of EDGE Davao will be carrying the this logo which shows the 3 stars of the Philippines, the Sun and its rays. The 3 stars also represent the first three students who have learned and studied under the tutelage of its instructor. The rays represents the succeeding MMA students who are and who will be directly under the first three following the core principles of the organization. The dragon in the middle is the original design of the founder of Edge MMA, Grand Master Bruce Gunderson which represents wisdom, maturity and power.
Our Goal is to share knowledge and help each other reach each ones full potential guided by the following principles: vision, courage, discipline, self control, patience, desire, confidence, resilience, commitment, respect, honor and loyalty......
and remembering the Motto from our humble Origins in Des Plaines, IL, " Strength in the body, Knowledge in the mind, Honesty in the heart."
I would also like to thank a brother in Christ, a disciple from Chicago IL who has personally trained me in Muay Thai, Renzuko JuJitsu and submission wrestling. He is a former special forces medic, a level 2 instructor of army combatives, trained in muay thai with the Royal Thai marines, learned ninjitsu under Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi, Grandmaster, a practitioner of FMA and a WTF black belt.
